PLITVICE LAKES NATIONAL PARK
Plitvice Lakes National Park is the oldest and largest national park in Croatia. The park is located in the mountainous region of Croatia between the Mala Kapela mountain ranges in the west and northwest and Lička Plješivica in the southeast. With its extraordinary natural beauty, this area has always delighted nature lovers and was declared Croatia’s first national park in 1949. The park is mostly forested, a smaller part is covered with grass. The system of lakes consists of 16 lakes.

KRKA NATIONAL PARK
A few kilometers from the city of Sibenik there is a unique river landscape that was designated as the Krka National Park in 1955. In the park, the Krka river of the same name meanders through the canyon-like gorges along gentle, densely grown green hills and colorful slopes. The most impressive waterfalls Skradinski Buk and Roški Slap give you unforgettable moments, connection with the beauty of nature.
The Krka Waterfalls National Park will surprise you with its historical wealth. Take photos of the old fortress ruins, mills and the Franciscan monastery on the approximately 1-hectare island of Visovac. You can reach them with one of the numerous excursion boats.
